We had lost touch with our previous servicer, so we contacted Steve and booked a full service for our touring caravan. Having let me know he was on his way, Steve and his colleague arrived promptly and carried out the service. This was carried out very thoroughly and diligently to a high standard and which they documented at each stage. I was kept informed at all times and my questions answered fully. At the end of the service, I was given a thorough verbal report, which was followed by a full written report.

I have no hesitation in recommending Steve. He is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The standard of service was exemplary and we will be asking him to service our van on a regular basis.

We see Steve’s advert on Facebook and read the reviews. We had purchased a Bailey Ranger 2000 and wanted a full service before we towed it as it had been sat for a while. The people selling the caravan were amazing and allowed Steve to carry out the work for us at their property. Steve’s attention to detail and quality of work is outstanding, nothing is missed. The caravan needed two new tyres so on Steve’s recommendation we used a mobile tyre fitter ‘also excellent’. Due to some electrical work that needed replacing another date was arranged for Steve to return to carry out the final work. We now have a 23yr old caravan that is fully checked and road safe thanks to the work carried out professionally by Steve. We can not thank him enough and it was worth every penny for piece of mind towing and enjoying our time away in our new yet old caravan. Will 100% use and recommend in the future.

Steve has done several services on our caravan, he is very professional and extremely thorough. His attention to detail and advice given has been so beneficial for peace of mind using our caravan. I can highly recommend Steve and would continue to use his services had we not had to move our caravan out of his work area. I think it is going to be very difficult for us to find a replacement mobile caravan service as good as Steve.
